Brown goats cheese, or ‘brimost’, white goats cheese and salted goats cheese are the traditional products of the area and represent the main products from Skjerdal Stølsysteri and Cafè.
During the summer season Anne Karin, the founder and heart behind Skjerdal Stølsysteri, makes a number of different products with the fresh goats milk. Yoghurt, fresh cheese and white mold cheese are some of the delicious fresh products that are made at the small dairy farm.
